Konstantin specializes in setting up and managing retirement plans, including 401(k) and Defined Benefit/Cash Balance, and serves in an ERISA 3(38) fiduciary capacity. Once a year, they send you a sheet detailing your 401(k) performance and comparing you to your peers. The PCRA option does cost me $200 extra a year (plus commissions if I don’t use Schwab ETFs), but that works out to be less than the 0.2% for me.

As mentioned, I am relatively conservative when it comes to RECF by limiting my investments to first position debt.
